Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Imagion Software ("we", "our", or "us") processes cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and purchases made through our products — including EventBracket, BracketBuilder, EasyExams, and SurveyOverview.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Trials

Most of our products offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period fully to ensure the product meets your needs. No payment is required during the free trial, and you will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@imagionsoftware.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law

3. Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount or charged after cancellation
  • Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period
  • Service unavailability: Our service experienced significant unplanned downtime that prevented you from using a substantial portion of the subscription period
  • Within 7 days of first payment: If you subscribed to a paid plan for the first time (not following a free trial) and have not used the paid features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the 7-day window following first payment
  • You subscribed following a free trial and have used the paid features
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • You failed to cancel before an automatic renewal date
  • The request is made for a period more than 30 days in the past

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the account
  • The product and subscription plan involved
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and may incur additional fees. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.
